Upside Down Perculator?

    Recently my friend just purchased a bong from his friend that has one 4-arm tree perc, the holes are faced upwards though. I'll try and get a picture up sometime today. Has anyone else witnessed an upside down perculator? I know for a fact that it's not doing anything.
