Hi i dont normally come down here....just linger around the grow forum but as ive got time of work with a broken leg ive ventured...heres something i found funny and i thought id share it with you.... True story A north carolina lawyer purchased a box of very rare cigars,then insured them against fire among other things......within a month he had smoked his entire stockpile of these great cigars and without yet having made a single payment to his policy, the lawyer filed a claim against the insurance company....In his claim the lawyer stated the cigars where lost in a series of small fires The insurance company refused to pay,citing the obvious reason that the man had consumed the cigars in the normal fashion... The lawyer sued and won! In the delevering the ruling the judge agreed with the insurance company that the claim was frivolous.The judge stated nevertheless that the lawyer held a policy from the company in which it had warrented that the cigars were insurable and also guaranteed that it would insure them against fire without diining what is considerd to be unaacceptible fire and was obliged to pay the claim.... Rather than endure a lengthy and costly appeal process,the insurance company accepted the ruling and paid $15000 to the lawyer for his loss of the rare cigars in the fire... THE BEST BIT After the lawyer cashed the cheque the insurance compny had him arrested on 24 counts of arson!!! With his own insurance claim testomy from the previous case being used against him,the lawyer was convicted of intentionally burning his insured property and was sentenced to 24 months in jail and a $24000 fine....

Well that guys deserves what he gets for trying to pull that shady ass shit. I am tired of people nowadays trying to make easy money by suing everyone and everything they can. Those are the real low-lifes, not us stoners like the cops and judges like to say.
I agree with u MrKotton, people need to stop suing other people for stupid shit to make a quick buck. There just a waste of money, time, and just plain irratating.
