  1. Kicking off this new topic with a video with plans to add to it with articles and videos for those indviduals fed up with filtered MSM news... you know the same news sources that TRUMP deplores... lol

Video is 30 minutes but moves fast covering years worth of ground. Suggest the "Indica" inclined make use of CC button as well as "settings" / Speed to take it down a notch 0.75 from "normal"... the Sativa inclined however likely won't need to speed it up...

  3. and i bet she could think standing up... even walking and chewing gum... if we ever get a POTUS who isn't owned by the elite and actually was "for" the people, she would make a stand up WH press person... could actually answer questions intelligently and leave reporters feeling like they weren't snubbed/insulted... unlike what we have now... i don't even know why the press even bothers to ask SHS anything other than to show the ppl how shifty and evasive this "admin' is with the off the wall juvenile answers she spoon feeds them.

  4. You may be surprised but a vast majority of US citizens are on to the sham of the deep state, the petro dollar, the fiat currency, the drug trade, the debt system that keeps Americans enslaved, the social engineering here in country and out of country. We get it. Probably not a good many of them are hanging around here posting commentary though. There has been pillaging of others under the banner of "empire building" since recorded history. So now we're at the point in history where the US is at center stage. What's to be done about it?

  5. The elite will self destruct and canalize each other (already happening corp. buyouts at all time highs, mergers).. when the ppl finally figure out just how screwed they've been over decades they will resist (hopefully in nonviolent ways)... The poor and uneducated just need a bit of educating and assuring that THEY have the power and the elite fold... not easily or overnight but historically this is what happens...

Just my opinion shared by a growing number... especially the youth here... the honest ones want the poor, oppressed and illiterate to lead the way... it's not a power thing, that's not what socialists like Bernie area about... it's a matter of education and resistance that will bend and break the military-industrial state...

If it doesn't go down like that soon enough the planet will be uninhabitable... but they couldn't care less placing the bottom line before life itself.

  6. No argument there. I too think that educating oneself then others is a step that individuals should take for themselves. Basically everything we've been taught and told is beginning to unravel. I think the whole planet is due a reset.

Off topic a bit but here in the US no other country save for one can broadcast communication signals into the US. The one country is the BBC but even it is relegated to a mere hour per day ... usually at 3:00 am local time. The media signals are 100% internal. Were it not for the past 25 yrs of technology there wouldnt be any hope of learning and alternate view.

I'm gonna check some more of Abby out.

  7. i agree. just watched this during dinner... the title will likely push a lot of ppl's "commi-alert" buttons but that's understandable... i too was programmed to not even consider an alternative economic system outside of capitalism... well, capitalism isn't as balanced and regulated as it was 50 yrs ago... failing faster than they can print $$ to prop it up... Not posting the link here as i don't care to sift through blowback that it would likely ignite... maybe another night... just search on Y.T. Abby however doesn't get much camera time as she is asking questions, not taking them... PJ sort of reminds me of a toned down Karl Marx (not that i knew Karl, i'm old but not THAT old)... lol i had to slow the speed down & use CC on this one... but i'm an Indica kind of guy.

  9. Hey @svedka FWIW I'm all for enlightening the masses. Enlightenment. Disclosure. Revelation. Whatever word one chooses to use to describe exposing the systems of politics, war, slavery, and servitude of the masses such as you, I, and billions of others. However, we cant give credit for all the world's problems solely to the US. Oh no! There's plenty of modern day credit to be shared with France, Germany, UK, Italy, Israel, to name just a few.

Have you ever studied geopolitics? If one wants a view of how the world really works then they have to study geopolitics. All is not as it appears to be, rather, all is what it is made to appear to be. These "G" Groups - G4, G8, G10, G20 - are so tightly interwoven that they can not be easily segregated to identify "the one" single cause of the world's calamities. There's plenty to meddle in in the world and these nefarious G Groups are jointly responsible.

There's plenty of "issues" in all G Groups. I say, let the real truth be revealed and let the chips fall where they may.

  11. BRAVO! EXCELLENT! Thank you!

  12. Well there is no need to get offensive as i did NOT attack you. There is nothing to defend but i didn't appreciate the random meme in this particular thread. In case you are not aware if you look under the POLITICS forum you will find one exclusively for memes. I simply posted the 2 on JFK as they were quotes that i liked. Also he was the last rich POTUS who at least appeared to be a humanist FOR the people. Likely why he was snuffed out at a young age sadly.

These forums are not exclusively hear to share knowledge of pot but if that's your thing then i suggest you move beyond Pandora's Box category as well as Politics it could help you stay mellow. We all have the option to "turn the page" without dumping garbage not applicable to the topic. That is anyone with a bit of rational restraint which would of course eliminate say Trump.
    :roflmao:

  13. If you want humanists then look up left hand path satanism or laveyism. Most rational thinking religion however i see it more as a guideline by which people should live by. Much like the ten commendments but those are demands or else. Like a typical government now and days. Just a lot less brutal then how a christian ruled government would be. I mean they say they are christian but come on they change the bible all the time because they couldnt understand the old version. Lmfao. Some say this is the age of Satan. Rather representing a man breaking away from chains of bondage from an oppressor or government. Church of Satan says you would be amazed by some people in politics and doctors associated with the church. I think it should be called huminism rather than satanism. The scariest party i find in America is the neo nazi party. Just imagine the pawer they would have if they got rid of the idiotic racist hate agenda and united all races and color. Now that would be a massive threat to the American government. I would much rather a satanist leader though because we live off of morals. Give love to people who deserve your love and care. Destroy those who seek to hurt others and oppress. Maybe a huminist socialist leader.
Ps. I am quick to appologise. I am blunt and i type what i am thinking at the moment so it rambles on and on. Haha.

  14. Watched this during lunch on the big screen of course standing and stretching as i hate confinement to a sitting position, but i digress...

Sexy Abby with her "womanly" deep voice as opposed to these "little girl" voices that bombard MSM news these days i don't know how any of them got into broadcasting, (whiny 7 yr old's imo) but i digress...

Abby Martin interviews retired U.S. Army Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, former national security advisor to the Reagan administration, who spent years as an assistant to Secretary of State Colin Powell during both Bush administrations. Today, he is honest about the unfix-able corruption inside the establishment and the corporate interests driving foreign policy.
(24 min. with CC, of course CC makes a lot of misreads, go figure)

US Government Has Killed More Than 20 Million People In 37 “Victim Nations” Since WW2

This is a long list of casualties by country in alphabetical order... Appears to be as of 2007 so even if it was fairly accurate then, for sure a lot more could be added with the drone strikes alone in recent years.
    _________________________________________________________
After the catastrophic attacks of September 11 2001 monumental sorrow and a feeling of desperate and understandable anger began to permeate the American psyche. A few people at that time attempted to promote a balanced perspective by pointing out that the United States had also been responsible for causing those same feelings in people in other nations, but they produced hardly a ripple. Although Americans understand in the abstract the wisdom of people around the world empathizing with the suffering of one another, such a reminder of wrongs committed by our nation got little hearing and was soon overshadowed by an accelerated “war on terrorism.”

But we must continue our efforts to develop understanding and compassion in the world. Hopefully, this article will assist in doing that by addressing the question “How many September 11ths has the United States caused in other nations since WWII?” This theme is developed in this report which contains an estimated numbers of such deaths in 37 nations as well as brief explanations of why the U.S. is considered culpable.

The causes of wars are complex. In some instances nations other than the U.S. may have been responsible for more deaths, but if the involvement of our nation appeared to have been a necessary cause of a war or conflict it was considered responsible for the deaths in it. In other words they probably would not have taken place if the U.S. had not used the heavy hand of its power. The military and economic power of the United States was crucial.

This study reveals that U.S. military forces were directly responsible for about 10 to 15 million deaths during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and the two Iraq Wars. The Korean War also includes Chinese deaths while the Vietnam War also includes fatalities in Cambodia and Laos.

The American public probably is not aware of these numbers and knows even less about the proxy wars for which the United States is also responsible. In the latter wars there were between nine and 14 million deaths in Afghanistan, Angola, Democratic Republic of the Congo, East Timor, Guatemala, Indonesia, Pakistan and Sudan.

But the victims are not just from big nations or one part of the world. The remaining deaths were in smaller ones which constitute over half the total number of nations. Virtually all parts of the world have been the target of U.S. intervention.

The overall conclusion reached is that the United States most likely has been responsible since WWII for the deaths of between 20 and 30 million people in wars and conflicts scattered over the world.

To the families and friends of these victims it makes little difference whether the causes were U.S. military action, proxy military forces, the provision of U.S. military supplies or advisors, or other ways, such as economic pressures applied by our nation. They had to make decisions about other things such as finding lost loved ones, whether to become refugees, and how to survive.

And the pain and anger is spread even further. Some authorities estimate that there are as many as 10 wounded for each person who dies in wars. Their visible, continued suffering is a continuing reminder to their fellow countrymen.

It is essential that Americans learn more about this topic so that they can begin to understand the pain that others feel. Someone once observed that the Germans during WWII “chose not to know.” We cannot allow history to say this about our country. The question posed above was “How many September 11ths has the United States caused in other nations since WWII?” The answer is: possibly 10,000.

    Comments on Gathering These Numbers

Generally speaking, the much smaller number of Americans who have died is not included in this study, not because they are not important, but because this report focuses on the impact of U.S. actions on its adversaries.

An accurate count of the number of deaths is not easy to achieve, and this collection of data was undertaken with full realization of this fact. These estimates will probably be revised later either upward or downward by the reader and the author. But undoubtedly the total will remain in the millions.

The difficulty of gathering reliable information is shown by two estimates in this context. For several years I heard statements on radio that three million Cambodians had been killed under the rule of the Khmer Rouge. However, in recent years the figure I heard was one million. Another example is that the number of persons estimated to have died in Iraq due to sanctions after the first U.S. Iraq War was over 1 million, but in more recent years, based on a more recent study, a lower estimate of around a half a million has emerged.

Often information about wars is revealed only much later when someone decides to speak out, when more secret information is revealed due to persistent efforts of a few, or after special congressional committees make reports

Both victorious and defeated nations may have their own reasons for under-reporting the number of deaths. Further, in recent wars involving the United States it was not uncommon to hear statements like “we do not do body counts” and references to “collateral damage” as a euphemism for dead and wounded. Life is cheap for some, especially those who manipulate people on the battlefield as if it were a chessboard.

To say that it is difficult to get exact figures is not to say that we should not try. Effort was needed to arrive at the figures of 6six million Jews killed during WWI, but knowledge of that number now is widespread and it has fueled the determination to prevent future holocausts. That struggle continues.

  17. Another topic could have been created for this but why not just add it here as it happened (so it's history) and continues to happen as long as war is big business in a ruthless corporate state. Plenty to read at the link with tweets from everyone's favorite Twitler but audio seems to have been cut on the video... not a problem article outlines key points.
