I really thought that video was a Christian creation. I was baffled when it got to the end and said made by a thinking atheist. But boy does this make you look at it and go "wow" speechless.

well it was popular in hebrew [as well as many earlyer civilizations] to speak in parables which are storys that show a moral. im guessing moses or whoever wrote genisis just wanted to try to exsplain the concept of faith but did so with an extreem story that modern day people take as literal

thats the biggest problem with the bible , it was written by so many different people and we have no real way of knowing what the authors were trying to get at lot of the time [inless god tells you ]
