Ok, Im really upset. I just noticed that one of my NL#5 with the big buds, had some balls. On closer inspection I realized that they were male pods, cuz one of them nutted pollen on me when i touched it. Ok, here's the questions. 1) will the pollen from a hermaphrodite pollinate the same plant 2) will the pollen from a hermaphrodite pollinate different plants 3) I had noticed that a couple of my plants buds had gone red prematurely, and without much bud! Is this a sign that they have been pollinated?
Yes, Yes, and probably yes. Check the plant carefully and turn off your fans if its not too late. Pinch off the male pods and be careful not to knock anymore pollen off. Clean up any pollen you see on your hands, clothes etc. and clean your grow space out. Maybe you haven't impregnated too many females. If so, you're going to have fun picking seeds out.
