Undeveloped weed?

    Early today i was with a few mates and 1 of them pulled out a bag and asked me to roll his joint for him. I go to start grinding the weed and i feel it and the stalk is like proper green and flexible like it was still alive(my normal stalks are crisp and hard) - this joint didnt burn properly and tasted of shit as well.

    Do you think it was un-ripe weed?
