What do yall think of these films? To me they are one of my favorite series ever! My favorite one tho is Underworld Evolution because Markus looks cool af and he can fly!! I watched it for the first time on DVD when i was high way back when it first came out and i was like damn this is wild!!! Anyway i just thought these films deserve there own thread. ~Toni~

This series is so dope. I like a lot of vampire movies honestly but this was one of the better ones imo. I think the first is my favorite honestly. I also liked Rise of the Lycans, it was pretty cool going back in the day when it all started.
Yea F/r I always wonder what exactly the year was that ROTL took place? I know it must have been waaay back because people didn't have electricity and radios & stuff they use torches for light too and horses to get around. ~Toni~
I vaguely recall the vampire craze of the 90's...this.. as well as many Dracula's lost in the mish-mash of crap during the millennium period, was a good film and my gal at the time was hard core on this blood stuff? Spoiler A war has been raging between the Vampires and Lycan for centuries, Selene (Beckinsale) is a death dealer, assigned to hunt down and eradicate the last of the Lycan. When she comes across Michael Corvin (Speedman) who holds the key to end the war she must decide where her allegiances will lie.

Yeah same here. It looks like it took place sometime in the Middles Ages but I'm not sure when exactly. I thought Lucian was such a beast in that movie, felt bad for him and Sonya tho smh.
When was considered the Middle Ages do you know? I was j/w because idk much history lbvs. Yea Fr lol Viktor was so ruthless I can see why he was thought to be the first vampire (even tho he wasn't) He even had his own daughter killed with no f*cks given lol. I guess he got what he deserved in the end tho huh I liked how Lucian was able to control even William's Lycans to help him that was pretty cool. ~Toni~
I love this franchise, to me they were like live action anime. The way the whole movie looked like it was shot under moonlight and the costume design!!! A whole Mood.

Lol I don't blame you, I looked it up the other day and it's approximately between 500 ad and 1500 ad, also know as the medieval time. I knew the Middle Ages was somewhere in that time frame, but didn't know exactly when. Movies made set in these times are pretty cool, especially with vampires and warewolves! Yeah, Viktor was a savage smh hella prejudiced against the warewolves/lycans. But he was kind of a badass in the first movie when he took down that lycan with his bare hands then finished it with his sword. I was like daaamn this dude is legit lol. All the other vampies got scared and backed away even with weapons but he just stood his ground like a g.

Lol yea that Lycan that Viktor killed with his own hands was Raze (Black guy with the deep voice that got turned by Lucian in ROTL) Raze was a beast up until he ran into Viktor lol.It took Selene and a Hybrid Michael to to finally kill him and she had to strike when he was facing the other way an not really looking at her too. Uhh I guess somewhere between 500 and 1500 years ago? If I had to guess, I'd say RoTL took place somewhere around the 1200s, just a random guess lol. But damn, I never knew that was Raze, that's crazy. That dude was built af and Viktor made light work outta him! and yeah Hybrid Michael was crazy strong too being half and half but still couldn't take Viktor by himself. Such a badass!
