So I just bought my second GOG piece. My first (3.5mm free high end gift) didn't survive very long I hear (read) so much about the company that made my first glass piece. Yet my last-minute Uncle Bob's spectrum tube came up on no searches of this site. For the same price it's 1.5 mm thicker, 5 inches taller than my first piece and she pulls like a dream. Why no talk of this brand?
Could just be a low-profile company at the moment man, still may be on the up-and-coming. I've never even heard of them, either.
UBGlassworks is a(re?) local glass blower(s?) from Belton, TX. My friend gave me a tube from them, 5mm german borosilicate 18/18mm glass on glass. From their website it seems that that is what all of their pieces are. Spectrum is their line of bongs. Hope it helps. :] ~ATX
