okay so im pricing and looking around for my fixtures for my cfl grow and i found this...you just plug it into in extension cord and waalaa you have a light fixture, but it does not have a ground..so my question is would it be safe to use this with a y splitter and have it plugged into a grounded extension cord into a grounded power box into a grounded outlet?
