  1. Make a smoothie dude... Whip out your blender and like 3 bananas, a dozen strawberries, a couple kiwis, and whatever other fruit you like (mango!), add some orange juice and put our blender on high.... and chug that shit... filling as fuck, and quite healthy.
     
  2. Buy a protein bar, they are so filling and yum :)
     
  3. a combination of some great recommendations from you lot and some time dedicated at the gym have helped me lose 5 pounds in my first week of my new regime, so thankyou all.
