well bison and boar are wild animals and i think the beef pork and chicken i buy are free range until they start eating grains a few weeks before they die. but i dont think that would affect their health too much

Hearts, livers, kidneys, etc... thats what you eat when you are SURVIVING. Junk food is junk food bro. Just coz the heart came from a free range chicken doesn't mean it's not organ meat.1. Ripe pear2. Honeycrisp apple3. Lil box of blackberries4. Fresh squeezed oj5. Papa johns thin crust with pepp, spicy sauseej, and double bacon, well done, with lots of their special seasoninng packets (more msg plx)
you can think that, organs are the most nutrient dense parts of animals. the native americans used to eat all the organs and man indigenous cultures would feed muscle meat to dogs. also predators in the wild prefer organs

Fruitality.
free range doesn't mean anything, it means instead of clumping them in a tiny cage each, they put them in one building, but still no room, if that makes sense. it has to be grass fed in order for it to be organic
by free range i mean they roam around the wood lands and graze. hence they are "free" to be on the "range" why would a chicken be grass-fed? they dont eat grass, and neither do pigs
