Last night I got real unlucky and was caught in posession of weed. Due to my confused stae and not knowing my rights since the upgrade to class B I was confused and signed a caution in the police car. Basically I'm confused what this caution will bring. Will it effect my uni place? Will it prevent me from travelling or emigrating abroad? Does it appear on all job criminal checks? Also alot of things I've been reading say they take you back to a police station to process photographs and prints ;This never happened to me. Can anyone clarify how this caution will effect me?
