I consulted with Gandhi in a dream, and he says the best thing to do is to form "Street Theatre" groups, one in each affected town.

Wearing disguises, we setup staged fights, start by speaking aggresively to each other and pointing, then progress to violent shouting, and finish off by beating the fuck out of each other.

When the police arrive, we all get up and take a bow, pass round our hats.
