  2. You can do that, depending on the weather in May in your locality......I would let the sprout develop a few sets of leaves first before transplant. Use a good ALL organic potting soil and ammend the soil with EWC, kelp meal, neem seed meal, rock phosphate, perlite, or pumice. If your real serious(a good idea) you can add more ammendments to the soil like alfalfa meal, bone meal, fish meal, oyster shell etc.
Use about 10 gallons of potting soil, mix the ammendments to the EWC and blend into soil real well and put into a hole in the ground. When you transplant mix some good starter fertilizer(Dr Earth,Epsoma)into the top 2" of soil and place your plant in the soil and water.

You can top dress with organic dry fert used for tomatoes by carefully scratching the fert into the top 4" of soil and water lightly to saturate the soil. You can fert this way every 2-4 weeks depending on how well the plant is uptaking the nutes. You can also use a liquid seaweed/fish fert to feed. During flowering switch to a flowering fert and apply the same way.

I like the Dr Earth ferts, but Age Old and epsoma are top ferts and a good liquid fert is Earth Juice and Neptune Harvest.

I grew this strain indoors in Alaska and is a very hardy plant with great rewards...;)
