    I placed an order over a week ago, I received a dispatch email a week ago today but I have not received my order! I can't get in touch with anyone from grass city as their 24/7 service only works between 9 - 5 with a two day lag! I've tweeted, emailed, opened a request and still nothing! I spent over £350 on my first order and I am REALLY regretting it! Anyone got any ideas what to do next??? Thanks

    If your order is coming from the US it will usually take longer than a week to arrive, unless stated otherwise.
