  1. FUCK FUCK FUCK Tottaly forgot my credit card minimum payment was due by to day. Bye bye 0% interest, hello late fees and 22% interest. Im LIVID

  2. A credit cars with 0% interest..? That makes no sense lol how would they make any money! Was it a store cc?

  3. I got a year with 0% interest when I signed up as long as my minimum psyment was paid on time but I forgot my banks connection to pageonce was broken. It's my first credit card. Will this screw up my credit score by a lot ? Do you think the company will go easy since its the first time and I jut posted the payment today?

  4. Oh it's a discover card

  5. If it was due today,as long as you made the payment before 2pm your good.

  6. I used to work at for a CC co doing customer service. If you call in they will wave your late fee most likely, assuming you've gotten one. Otherwise call in explain your situation and they may be able to help you out. But if it has already gone into effect on the account (the change in interest rate) then you probably wont be able to do anything but get a credit for the late fee.

  7. omg you are a lifesaver. i scheduled a payment like 30 minutes ago but called in anyways. the lady canceled my payment and went ahead and took the money from my checkings and posted it today. she said id have no late fees and i dont think the interest rate has changed already but we will see. you guys are amazing.

  8. 1 - pay off the card
    2 - cancel said card
3 - get a prepaid card for emergencies, travel, online buys
4 - use cash for all other transactions

  9. i love you blades

  10. why cancel the card? im trying to build credit

  11. Im guessing he suggested this just so there's no future occurrences like you had happen. Buying a couple things a month with a cc really won't build your credit too much, get some bills in your name and pay them on time every time

  12. keep the card and use it for shit you don't need to. That sounded really bad lol, let me explain. You make small purchases with the card that you know you can pay. Giving you a cheap bill CC bill that builds up your credit. Don't use it how they want you to (buy expensive shit you have to pay forever on) I suspect that is what OP is doing

  13. Well I normally only use it to pay my cell phone bill and then just pay it off but I had a huge emergency (lost my wallet )and it was the only access to money I had. I know I fucked up tho a lot on my plate right now but thank you for all of your responses and shit.
