just wondering if anyone watches ufc cause i just saw a fucking great fight it was iceman vs vernon... oh man it was a great fight
Hell yeh, HUGE diego fan right here. The nightmare for life I just hate how jacked up the PPV prices are..
yeah i saw that a few times when i was in like 7th grade and used to be into wrestling. I dont know, as my interest for wresting wore off due to it becoming another soap opera, my interests in UFC wore off as well
he got beat tonight by some english dude.. he made him tap out from a arm bar.... atleast im pretty sure it was him shit nvm wasnt diego haha
you ever wondered how a boxer would fair on ufc... i always wondered if like mike tyson or roy jones jr would do ufc how they would do... i always figured they would do pretty good against hands up fighters... because they are known for throwing combos and taking a punch ,yet granted yes they were gloves, and ducking and dodging
That's an argument that's been well debated for years. I think a skilled boxer like winky would hold his own with his stand up game. But your average boxer can't stuff a lunge worth shit. If he got taken to the ground by a grappler it'd be over.
nvm wtf am i thinking today... i wanna see the bernard hopkins fight though... forgot who he is fighting
I hereby raise this thread from the grave! *Insert dramatic noises here* Did anybody see the fight between Luke Cummo and Sam. It was sheer poetry in motion. Sam landed a huge hit and Luke stumbled. Then Luke fired a straight right into sams chin, he stumbled. Luke moved in for the kill and landed a brutal knee to the side of the head. It was a huge knockout. And Diego's been back in business for any other Diego fans. He finished his Second UFC fight in the first minute of round 1. And if you're not convinced you can't argue with this..
Hell yeah man.. I've been a UFC fan for so long. It all started with what was called "pride fighting" back in the day... anyone heard of a dude named kazushi sakuraba?? He recently beat ken shamrock.. he is my all time fav. fighter
oh man that was a tight ass fight... is it just me but when you see a fight like that, does it get anyone else adrenaline pumpin?
No doubt, I was all over the living room practically jumping up n down lol. It's always nice to see Canadian fighters representing. Even the Americans are surprised how tough the dudes coming out of Canada are. Must be all that mountain air, RAWRRRR! It was still sad to see Evan Tanner take another loss. All the oldschool brawlers are gettin long in the fang and grey in the hair. Then again it is a new beggining for the sport in the public eye.
I am from Canada and man, i am proud of the Crow. Also George St. Peirre, they train together and both made amazing KO victories over two americans. They put up a tough fight. [Tim Silvia also won Heavyweight Champ that night] There is a video of a fighter named Kimbo Slice. He is a bareknuckle boxer. A huge prison convict out of Miami. Apparently he is going to go into legitimate boxing... i question his stamina. He is powerful. This is a fighter between him and a man named Byrd. Kimbo Slice is the guy in the white trunks. Watch to the very end to see how baldy Byrd's eye is damaged... no wondered he wanted to stop! http://www.fightcollection.com/details.php?file=29 [[P.S.]] There is point where he intentionally drops his gaurd. Let's Byrd hit him three times soldily yelling "THAT ALL YOU GOT NIGGA?!". That is terrifying.
