I'd agree that it's conduct unbecoming of an officer. There's certain things that leaders shouldn't do, and making a shitty video that can alienate any of the people under his command is one of them.

it's not like anybody that high up is a soldier in any traditional sense of the term. he is just as much a political tool as any politician, he would not have made it that far if he was not. if he cannot navigate the political waters (pun totally intended)of his station, then he should drown.
agreed! when you're in a position of great authority, you need to be a shining example of integrity and someone who displays morals. this is especially true of military members. there will likely be others that go down because of this.
I have no problem with this. He may have been raising morale, but he was doing it by making hateful and prejudice jokes. He is supposed to be setting an example for the soldiers under his command.
