two different fertilizers how should i use them?

Hey everybody I have few questions.I use Alaskan fish fertilizer 5-5-5 kind.also I have miracle grow bloom booster.this is my first bagseed outdoor grow my plants are huge and smell amazing.I see pistils everywhere on them.I just don't want to over do it on the fertilizers.how should I use these two fertilizers.and when should I stop?or should I use something else?thx
