Twisting on tops new growth

My PH meter died so ive been feeding them ph 7 water until now, recently got a new one and started watering 5.8 ph with no nutes for about a week now slight almost no improvement. I suspect nute burn or lockout. Any ideas?

    Yeah excess (n) does this, the clue is in the dark green color too

    ease of the feeding for a week or two

    I did this when I gave some drooping dry plants food instead of plain water and waiting for them to reinflate.

    They grew weird for weeks and flowered weird... but they did throw down and still harvested dank smoke.

    Will post some pics when I figure out how.
