You have a nice space to grow in there. You need more light before you start the other seeds. I'm guessing that your room is about 2'x2'. You need at least 50 actuall watts of light per square foot of space to grow decent weed. You might also consider putting something on the floor to keep from messing up the carpet. So you have any kind of fan in there?
lets say I wanted to switch out lights with better ones next grow.... what's the best lights to use for my situation?

it's flowering, it'll take 2 weeks before you see solid clumps of pistils, and then you're looking at another 2-3 months before they're ready
That plant looks perfectly fine to me. And to answer your other question on the other thread.. 600 watts is enough to handle 5-6 plants easy
Looking good man! It's looking healthy and its flowering for ya! Nice plant for a CFL grow dude, i wish you had an HID so i can see what you can really do with one of those bad boys!
