Do anyone eat the giblets from the turkey. I wanna try to liver at least anyone got any ways to cook it up and make it taste good? I have done a google search but didnt find anything i wanna try
my dad uses them in the gravy... makes some KILLER gravy. i know he does a ton of other stuff but here are the basics that i know. boil water for a while with the neck and heart and ohter shit. along iwth giblets. take it all out, dice up giblets and add them in along with all the rest of the teh gravy stuff, im not sure about the spices or anything else... i just eat it man.
