Today I have finished building my diy tent. I used a famreni build using pvc and other materials I had. For the liner I used 3 ( 10x10) panda films. I used tape to hold it and after I used zip ties to keep it nice and tight. Medium: 60% Tupur 30% Perlite 10% Hydroton Tent size: 5 x 5½ x 7 Lighting: LED Cobs + QB LED Veg: 300w LED Flower: 1000w but will increase the wattage by 150w the moment I begging the flip. I put the seed to germinate late march near the end. And here they are today I will be giving them about two or three more weeks to veg. I still need to build and add the scrog and fully set up the Blumats. I will be having the blumats set up into at 27g Res but I will be filling it up using home made teas that recipe will be included. As of today they are receiving a pretty simple fungal tea I use. Fungal Tea 1/4 cup EWC 2 teaspoons of yucca extract* 1 ounce of liquid kelp 2 tablespoons of ground oatmeal 1 scoop of Great White. 5 Gallons Water sun brewing for 72 hours. Here are my ladies today I did a good defoliation, getting them ready to flip. I'll give them a week to recover and I will flip them to 12/12 woot woot! They're all measuring about 24-27 inches in height.
Looks like I need to figure out what may be going on in my Grow room looks like I'm not getting enough air or in not exhausti enough? I have not feed the ladies yet they're actually due for a good bloom tea this Wednesday as I will flip them. Anyways the reason said is because all the plants are in the same schedule yet these look like I'm getting N tox. What do you guys think any help is greatly appreciated.
Some snaps I took today of garden. Thinking I've should of built a taller tent . . . Flipping them tomorrow and I'll be leaving them in the dark for 24 hours or 48 I'm debating. I usually do 24. The name less one is Square Dance I lost the tag. Too lazy to make a new one and I can tell who's who. Had an accIdent on Obi Wan while doing LST. But it was a good thing in a way slow all the other branches to catch up now she's looking nice and full before she looked like a spider to me. Jawa Pie is tall I like her growth rate she's a fast one. Also she was the smallest of the seedlings and became the strongest. Dark Helmet also has some nice tall growth maybe it's just Ocean Grown genetics. They do have a lovely smell already and they're not even in flower yet. But she's growing just as healthy. New growth is coming in nice and green so looks like they're already bouncing from the small N tox. And lastly a view of the tent.
Thanks brother I'm a little concerned in their size they're too big for the tent I have now I may have to build something bigger they're already covering the room and they're barely got switched to flower. Today the lights go back on they were I the dark for the last 40 hours so later today when I'm home I'll be flipping the switch around 7ish so lights can run at night.
You got a houseful full there that's for sure your tents going to be packed you aren't going to have enough airflow probably it looks pretty stuffed in there right now and they're going to just going into production mode you're going to have hands full they're big girls already. Building a new tent or expanding the one you got at this point might be a very good idea because you're just starting to flip them they don't even know yet you could still wait a day or two while you construct a new tent or maybe just expand the one you have if you can or pull one plant output and put into production later. I'm working on expanding it as space will be crucial. They're already looking stuffed in there and I'm sure the stretch will be insane . I'm also considering building another tent in my garage and just grow two in each and I'll build another 5x5x7 in there for the two gals i have some of the material need to buy some more. Maybe I'll get it done today if not then next weekend. I get a little too busy during the week.
Found some little posters I've had for a while from the nutes I used in the past. Still have them there just in storage at the moment. Currently attempting organics. I thought make my Grow room a bit more lively. I've been looking for my Ocean Grown stickers that I had but I seem to have misplaced them. They show up eventually. Anyways few snaps of my Garden from last night. I've stored my bloom tea in the fridge for the time being. Gave the ladies a flush over the weekend. And later today I will be adding the tea in the Blumat Res to begin the feed.
Only troublesome part about using a res and the blumats is that after the tea is brewed I have to strain the hell out of my tea before it gets into that res. The blumats hoses tent to clog up from salt build up and mud. So maintainer the blumats about once a week using organics is a must so that the work properly. I don't think you would have this problem using synthetic nutrients or stuff that's in a bottle.
It all looks real good now. Building another tent for u would a good thing. U do need the room. For ur growing baby girls. No I shouldn't have to worry about any clogging I'll be using an undercurrent system it has nothing small on it everything is big it's kind of like a deep water culture Hydroponics but as a pump that flows the fluid from the Reds tank through all the root ball tanks and then back to the rez tank again with bubblers in each root ball tank.
