Tupac Shakur

  1. I really love Tupac's music.

Reading his lyrics and listening to his music is great.

Tupac's more of an artist and a poet than anything. Compared to most rappers now, they're all kind of churning out garbage.

It's too bad that his overall message and what he was trying to do was diluted by the media and everyone who wanted to capitalize from all the garbage happening.

  2. Good videos. Tupac was one of the smartest artists of all time. He was just a rebel and of course our government isnt going to like somebody speaking against them so he was portrayed as a thug. Cops were out to get him and the gov. clearly wanted him gone. R.I.P pac

Imagine how different the rap game would be today if he was still alive. Damn.

  3. Word.

One thing all those dead artists like Michael Jackson, John Lennon, and Bob Marley said was LOVE was the answer. It would fix the world and all that.

But Tupac said that FEAR is stronger LOVE.

That got me thinking. In a way, he's right.

I think the only thing that seperates tupac from biggie was his intelligence. Almost all of pac's songs had a meaning and it wasnt only shoot kill n drugs. It was about what was going on in the world and the black community at that time.

I understnad wat pac was trying to say when he said fear is stronger than love.
"Fear is stronger than love, remember that. Fear is stronger than love, all that love I gave didn't mean nothing when it came to fear."

The way I see is it that fear is so powerful because it hits you hard. For example, I love drinking water but imagine if there was no water or anything to drink in the world. the fear of dying from dehydration is stronger than the love of being dehydrated at the moment since its so easy.

Or another example: We love our country but the fear of us being attacked or something happening to us is much stronger than the love we have.

Kind of hard to explain but I hope it made some sense haha.

  6. I can't think of a single person that I've never met, that influenced my life more than 2pac did.

    RIP.
