it will be my first ever outdoors grow, and I've read the guide, but i still have some questions. 1, Can I get by with watering it only like 3 times a week? I don't know if I could make the trek daily. 2, How long on average does mid grade seeds flower? What are the signs to look for and when it does flower what do I do? 3, I haven't grown before, but I have 2 dank seeds. Like Strawberry Kush seeds. Should I risk wasting them on my first ever grow? 4, Are first grows usually successful? I don't want my plant to die. 5, Do planes and stuff really fly over looking for weed plants? I'm only gunna do two, maybe 3 plants. 6, How long on average is start to harvest time? Thanks a bunch! Also, I looked at average last frost dates in my area, until average fall frost dates, and i have what appears to be this long to grow if that helps any 4/18-10/19
High austin 1. watering: it really depends on rainfall in your area. Some years i dont have to water at all, but lately ive had to. A buddy lives in central indiana and he never has to water. I have another in new mexico that has to provide nearly every drop. Cannabis generally needs an average of 3/4" of rain per week. After 2 weeks without rain and increasing temps, a large plant of 6' or more will require 3 gallons of water every 4- 5 days. 2. Strains mature at differnent rates but generally indica's finsh faster than sativa's which have equatorial ancestors, although there are some fast finishing sativa's such as c99. You need a strain that finishes by early oct. Unless you can be assured that your strawberry kush will finish, i would go with other seeds. 4. 9 out of 10 first grows are failures and 8 out of 10 second grows are failures. 5. Yes planes fly over. In your case where you are growing only a few plants, if you will stretch them out, you'll be ok. Try to find 2 differnent spots where you can plant 2 plants in each spot. That way if somebody were to find one, they wont clean you out.
