So a while ago my buddy bought a really beautiful bowl, and I have never seen anything else like it. Unfortunately it's been destroyed, and the smoke shop he bought it from is out of business. I'm trying to find something similar online but I'm having no luck. It was shaped like a regular bowl, you know the penis type ones. I really have no idea what it could have been made of, my thought is some sort of ceramic or maybe even stone. This thing was grey, and it had absolutely no gloss. It was dark and had a matte or satin finish. The feel of it was fantastic, it was similar to running your hand over sandpapered plywood. The whole thing was a solid piece, and wasn't see-through. The best example I could find is the back of this phone This pipe has a similar finish, though it looks nothing like it Does anyone have any clue what I'm talking about?
Not particularly, but one time I was with my dad at this guy's farm that used to be an Indian village in TN. He had pulled out some of the Indian relics he had found (mostly arrow heads) and pulled out this stone pipe with a bunch of worn designs. A motherfucking peace pipe. DAMN how I would love to smoke a bowl in that thing lol.
id say it was a Soapy. you can carve anything you want out of soapstone or talc, there are all different colors to it, you can make it as smooth as glass or leave it rough.. whatever ya want!! haha. i make em all the time
