does anyone know how to troubleshoot the ballast on a floralux 400 watt hps light? the bulb was off, so i changed it, and changed again and nothing (i tried 4 different bulbs.) i'm thinking it's the ballast but have no idea how to test or change it. any help would be appreciated. thanks!
