I use General Hydroponics PH Up and PH Down. I also have a digital PH pen. when you are mixing a small amount it is harder. I know for me from trial and error, about 1ml changes changes about .1 for 20 gallons of nutes. A far as ventilation, i use a 400cfm exhaust fan with 6" ducting running out of the tent.
