Trippy vision lag from medical flower

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Gottaloveacid, Oct 18, 2014.

  1. So yesterday I got an 1/8th of medical dankity dank. Grower says it's 80% Sour diesel (sativa) and 20% Blueberry (indica). I rarely ever smoke as in the past I've had neutral experiences. I decided to roll a .8 gram joint to share with my brother who was with me, and at first I felt nothing other than a very mild relaxation until roughly 10 minutes later. We both came back inside, and the first thing I noticed is nearly instantly the world went in to this trippy, frame-by-frame vision lag. Then, the burning in my throat from smoking suddenly went from being pain to being a strange tickling sensation. Both of these were soooo weird,,,, because it was just so trippy. When I moved my eyes, it felt like it took about a second for the next frame to appear. On top of that, I feel the sides of my vision got blurry and I was only able to really focus on what was in front of me.

That happened for about 4 hours, but after that I was still high. High for another 6 hours on top of that 4. Being stoned for literally 10 hours was awesome haha!

Has anyone else experienced a frame-by-frame vision lag from smoking weed? I've never had this happen before and it was so cool haha

  2. Sounds like tracers- not all that common with bud but not unheard of either.

Really interesting. I remember I went about a month or 3 weeks without smoking, took 3 dabs to the face (i was still a beginning toker) and I was perfectly fine and high, I had closed eye visuals and I believe I had some of the same effects as you. But then about 20 minutes later I got a tickly feeling in my stomach, not so much nauseating, but still, I started waterfalls of puke out my own mouth
Friends made me clean it up, hours went by without my notice, went to sleep and still felt that feeling I'm sure you can relate to when you wake up from being reaaaally stoned.
I have a friend of mine who used to almost always trip from smoking with us. Quite a funny guy

Finally someone else who's experienced this. I don't experience this anymore but I did when I first started. I remember my first time I smoked, I stood up and my vision suddenly changed and I could only concentrate in front of me, just like what you said. And when I moved my head around there was a delay in my vision from moving one place to another, like a video game or something lol.

  5. This happens to me almost every other time I smoke it seems like. Not nearly to the extent you're talking about, but I get that slow, moving vision. Like if I turn my head fast it seems like it takes my eyes a few seconds to catch up and they're viewing everything late. But nothing like frame by frame vision. That'd just piss me off, like I need to lower my graphics settings or something....................I'm high as fuck.  :smoking:

  6. i got that the first time I smoked. its the weirdest sensation.
