Triple Threat

Good days grasscityers!
Expecting to grow in a tent, indoors, a couple things has come to mind and i was hoping some of you may be able to help!

1. I have seen people who keep the weeks feed (phd and nut’d water) in a large tub outside of their tent. Would it be okay for me to add the nuts and ph it it proper, then seal it with a lid until the plants need watering?

2. So i was thinking about running my exhaust out a bedroom window, should i buy some sort of insect netting to put around the outside? Will it be okay to run it outside or will the frigid winter cold seep thru and into my tent?

3. I figured to do some light LST. As soon as the seedling sprouts and has true leaves do you top it? And then during the veg growth it’s safe to top the 3rd node on each branch?

So i will be intaking from indoors, only the exhale will be out the window, that was my fear of cold during power down times.

I’ll have to be careful with my first lst, perhaps just one top in the beginning, so instead of one main cola node there is two, still need to read more on it, if chosen to do it at all.

I’m doing a soil grow, little iffy on adding nutes after transplant, maybe at 1/4. (new pot=new soil=new nutes?) fox farm organics.

I saw a video of a guy who had a large water reservoir/tub, at the beginning of each week he emptied it, added water, nutes, ph’d it. then let it sit and used that same tub of water for his plants all week.

New week comes, emptied it and rinse and repeat

Using HID with an air cooled system. Where should i be sending this bahundred degree exhaust if not outside? The grow room will cook if i send it out right there lol.
