The small little one? I dont know, might be a low rider strain, he might have cut all branches and growths other than those of the main colas and only let that one grow. His friend was talking about not giving it any nuts or stuff, so it might just be stunted?
There are two plants in the video. I'll assume your talking about the smaller one. If you want to grow a plant about that size I'd say, plant late in the season (minimal veg growth), plant in a small pot (smaller root system= smaller plant), and try and plant an indica dominant strain. Or you could even grow one large plant to use for clones, discard the mother and finish the clones.
