Trimming the undergrowth in my clones

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by mikebadge, Dec 28, 2014.

  1. I have several clones that i've grown for about a week now, i'm seeing a lot of growth both upward and lower on the roots, would it be a good idea to trim the lower growth that isn't in direct contact with the light? I have heard this will help push the growth upwards

  2. Don't trim anything. Way to early.

  3. asauced2 has it right- it's much to early to be messing with the powerhouses of energy for your plant.  Good luck.  Are you going to top them?
