The two biggest fan leaves are in the bottom and aren't getting any light. Should I go ahead and cut them off so the plant can redirect its energy to the tops or will it hurt the plant too much. yeah ..better pics please But I agree, there is considerable leaf in the pot improve venting and reduce mold by defoliating the lower stem good luck
