tricome ?

  1. how long after tricomes turn cloudy does it take to turn amber?
     
  2. I would assume it would depend greatly upon the strain, but at the same time cloudy trichomes mean a plant is ready, it's just not fully ripe. Most of the time it takes another week or two.

    Usually for me once I see cloudy trichomes I start to do my two week flush. By that time you are almost positive to have close to 50% trichomes.

    I also judge the pistils as well, if they haven't started shrinking at all then that means you can expect further growth.
