    Duplicate thread, only need one bud. No pics came through. A lot of us dont look at trichomes anymore. Once the pistils change color it's getting close when they curl towards the buds even closer. Once the pistils recede into swollen calyxes plants ready. Good luck.

    Make sure you're looking at the bud itself. Sugar leaves will ripen sooner and can be misleading.
