Hi GC, I stopped posting here just due to lack of time between our baby and everything else in life but it's near the end and I have some spare time. It's been a long and fun journey and our girl is about to be harvested. For those who have had some grows under your belt, I am just looking for an opinion to how long until we should chop her. She is 6 weeks into flowering (from time of first sex) Bagseed 1 small plant CFL grow under 140Watts (ish) of light - Dual spectrum for flower (6500k veg) I am looking for a 50/50 amber to cloudy or slightly less (more cloudy than amber). I know she isn't at 50/50 but it's my first grow and just wondering how long trichs might take to turn. Leaves are beginning to turn yellow so she must be getting close! Enjoy the pics.
Pic looks weird to me, its like you got amber trichs but then very translucent trichs not even milky looking. I would say you can harvest in one more week and then have about another week of window time for strong potency.
Sounds good, thanks for the reply. I thought roughly the same thing. I am under a timeline and have about 2 weeks I can continue to grow with. I was thinking in 1 week i'll chop her down. Possibly a little bit longer. I'll pluck a sample again tomorrow and get some updated pictures. She went through hell in a hand bag and I am surprised she didn't turn hermi or male lol. I think for that reason she has weird trichs and we used very little ferts during flower (could not get our hands on any). I know it isn't the perfect grow, it was more for fun. yea your leaves are probably looking yellow casue you didnt fertilize during flower stage so it used up all its energy to produce bud. yea man even if it was intended for fun or an experiment you got to the best stage of all "harvesting" let me know how it goes
