Really hard to tell by that pic. Most of the trichs are off to the sides where the camera cuts off. Try centering, focusing and getting a tad closer then you'll be golden. If you wanted an answer right now by just using what I can see. I say wait. A week or two at least.
Definitely not ready 2-3 could be 4 weeks. The key is watching the calyxes not the trichs. Make sure the you see the buds swell. That happens the last 2 or 3 weeks. When the buds get swollen to the point they stick out of the buds they are full of resin. Then look at your trichs. Remember not all plants produce Amber trichs.
