  1. whats up everybody? i just checked with a 100x microscope and my plants trichomes are turning from clear to a little bit cloudy..does anyone with experience know how long i should expect to let them grow before they turn amber? i want to harvest right before that.

  2. My guess is that it changes between strain and environment.

I would keep a real good journal going, keeping track of strand, nutrients, lighting, temp, humidity.

Then start some clones, keep the environment as close to the same as possible, then compare your journal entries. If the journals coincide, harvest just before they turned amber on your previous grow.

  3. Your best option would be to just watch closely and once you start seeing any amber triches' harvest your plant. Being a newbie it will be hard to be sure what you are seeing there until you have a couple harvest's under your belt. So yeah, just wait till the first sign of amber.
