I have a plant that looks to have mostly cloudy trichomes with 10-20% amber, however the pistils are only 15-25% orange with the rest being white and sticking straight out. My second plant has mostly cloudy trichomes with even less amber (maybe 5%), but ALL of its pistils are white. Can a plant be ripe regardless of the pistil color?? I really wanted NO amber tris on my buds but was sure I was seeing some clear heads and the pistils were still white so I kept chugging along when I saw the 1 or 2 ambers. Now I fear I'm letting it over-ripen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
