Thinking about going on vacation sometime soon. Never been outside of the U.S. to travel. Wanted to know best places to go mostly to see and experience different aspects of other cultures food, history, architecture, etc. Want to go somewhere relaxing but also has a night scene festivals, bars etc. Cheap and interesting?
