So I was planning on going to coachella in April but tickets sold out. Now that trip is cancelled and I'm looking for somewhere else to go. I'd prefer somewhere weed friendly and warm if possible. I guess Cali still fits the bill but I'm just lookin for other ideas. I'll probably have about 10 days wherever I go. Some ideas I have so far are Cali, Miami for ultra music festival, NYC, b.c., maybe somewhere in the caribian, a road trip somewhere, or Europe but that'll be expensive and I don't think 10 days is enough. Any ideas???
depends on what you wanna do really...... theres so many great places. Cali is good for beachs, mountains and hot bitchs. NYC has cool sights, tourist stuff, but toronto beats NYC imo. Id go somewhere for a music festival or concert, then when your in town check out the sights. 10 days is alot of time, maybe better for a road trip. Maybe go to cali, check out the state, then go to vegas for 2 days and party it up, check out the clubs, they have really good specials. Id base it on the experience you want, then find a place that suits it. Good places also are argentina or costa rica. Has some really beautiful places to chill and soak up nature and ethnics.
Thanks for the tips. I'm kinda looking for a nice combo of nightlife and nature. A road trip might be the way to go for that, only problem is I dont know how much ground I can cover in 10 days while still stopping to see the sights. You really think Toronto is better than NYC for city stuff? I guess I'm just used to living here so I don't appreciate it as much as I should but Ive always wanted to see a massive city like new york. Its just a days drive so I could really just go there for the weekend sometime. Costa rica sounds good too. I've heard good things about it and I have a free place to stay if I go so that's a possibility.
I wouldn't mind going there but with all this drug war stuff going on down there I think now might not be the best time. I definately wanna see the most populated city on earth tho. That place is HUGE!!!! 30 million people, that's damn near the population of Canada!
I'm in Mexico City at the moment lol. The city isn't affected by the drug war that's going on in the country. There is of course crime, found in any large city. Better nightlife than Vancouver imo.
Never been to van before, better than Toronto? And yea I just checked a map I always thought Mexico city was alot closer to the us border but it's way down there so I guess it's pretty far from that drug war area
Thought about Jamaica- Negril. Beach, bud. Airline tickets not too bad and great place to chill if you have so much time off.
