nothing special per se. Avoid breaking up the root ball...don't plant more than an inch or so deeper than the original soil line...water in when you're finished. Support the top of the soil w/ one hand, turn the pot over and let the plant slide out of the old pot onto your hand...easy breezy.
Surround the existing rootball with fresh soil. I find I get a spurt of growth as the roots get additional nutrition as they grow into the new soil.
