hi guys ive searched about this but cant find a definate answer ......................when or how do you know its time to transplant to a bigger pot ? some people have said when you see roots coming out of the drainige holes but on a couple of occasions ive seen roots pop out the next day after transplanting so they cant of out grown the pot in that time .i would think common sense tells you when to transplant ,but i was just wandering how you guys judge it ?
I tansplanted when the roots filled the soil and were wrapped around the outside of the soil.Remove them from the pot and check the roots, it wont hurt them Hope this helps!
Common sense is probably the best way to know. If the plants growth comes to a hault, then it is probably to big for the container it is in. If the plant looks to big for its pot, then it probably is. (unless you're talking hydro )
