Transplanting

    I'm 2 weeks into my grow. The 4 plants are in 18 ounce cups. I transplanted them tonight into 5 gallon bags. When I did this, I noticed it was rootbound and the soil was really dry and broke up when i took it out of the cups. Was I supposed to water it before I transplanted? I thought I was supposed to wait until after. Anyway, I planted it as best as possible. Will they be okay?

    ouch...ok they'll be ok, just make sure you give them a good soaking.

    don't water before you transplant, it will get messy.

    just give them all a decent drink and they should come up trumps !

    but ya don't wait till there bone dry either. As you Never transplant while a plant is stressed unless it is the only remedy left! The best time to transplant is just prior to the start of the light cycle.
