i was thinking about putting my plant into the ground instead of pots, how deep should i make the hole? and will the shitty dirt around have any effect on the plant?
what i do is usually a 2x2x2 plot, i mix about 60-40(potting soil-native soil) depending on funds/availability of free potting soil. store bought soil has alot of goodies that retain water and let air into the soil. I also test the Ph of the soil, 6.5 seems to work well. testers can be bought at any grow shop. hope that helps
