I have a big auto in a 1 gallon pot. It's about week 3-5 flower not too sure. Wondering if I can transplant her into a 5 gallon air pot? I think I can remove the rootball without harm. Or is it better to just finish her out in the 1 gallon

Soft sided containers like that air prune roots the prevent becoming root bound. They can also be a pain to transplant since the roots grow into the cloth
