My seedlings have bn in my closet under a fluorescent lamp for 15 days now I'm ready to move them into my grow room. Which has a 1000 watt switchable intake and exhaust fans and a small air conditioner. Room size is 7x7x7. Will any of this damage my plants I've already made alot of minor mistakes and would like to prevent further stress on my plants.
If they have a couple sets of fan leaves and they aren't close to the lamp it should be fine.. monitor them closely after the switch and if they look like they aren't liking it, take them out for a bit.. but if your light is far enough away it should be fine.
They should be fine. Just make sure that temps are not hot enough to burn anything. A good test would be to place your hand directly above the top of your plants. If its not hot enough to make your hand burn then you should be fine. Also, make sure that your 1000 watt light is in a cool tube reflector that way the heat can be pulled directly away from the bulb.
