How big are they? if you wana plant them outdoors wait for a cloudy day so you don't shock them as much. Or put them into a greenhouse if it is cold outside or windy so they can maybe veg in there for a while
I would research 'hardening off' If you go from indoors to outdoors over night the plants can become stressed and die.
