Transferring from Peat Moss Pellets to Solo Cups(help please)

  1. Alright so I've got 3 plants, all of which are about 4 inches tall, they've fully developed their round leaves and first set, and their second set is about 2-3 centimeters long but are coming in. I was thinking about going ahead and transferring them to a solo cup with nitrogen rich potting soil, and maybe put some perlite in it?

Should I add perlite to the soil in layers, or mix it in, should i hydrate the perlite before I mix them in? Do the solo cups even need perlite, or should I wait and do that when I transfer them to the final pot?

  2. solo cups do not need perlite you could add a tiny bit if you really want to but its not necessary i dont use peat pellets any more cuz i dont like the nylon that holds em together and the little fuckers dry out kinda fast, but they can and do work.

I sow my seeds in a 5 litre pot of soil. Keep it warm and moist.
