  1. Well I've been journaling in the wrong spot so I'll finish up here. Things are going well outside and things are coming right along.I've got some small clones and big T.W.'s from seed. All are doing well and just about ready to flower. There is a few other plants that I haven't taken pics of just yet. But I will soon. It's good to see all the other journals here. I see all kinds of stuff to try and breeds to get in the future.

  4. where are you located. its the full grow season in california right now, wont be budding till september, depending on strain of course.but they look good, ill be watchin the second half

  5. Budding is beg. August I think in Northern hemisphere. You have some time before they start budding Tony unless they're autos or semi autos. They look real nice. Good luck.

  6. Good luck man, your plants are so bushy and healthy. Gonnea be monsters :D

  7. No T.W. is definately not an auto flower strain. But the Diablos have alot of South African sativa in them and that's why they tend to flower early. They are Blueberry X African sativa X Pineapple to be exact. I love this strain already. It has the thickest hardest stems(practically unbendable). I'm going to do a little cross polination project with a few select popcorn buds and hopefully find something different to throw in the mix for next year. I'll journal it all winter in the indoor section.

  8. Awesome TonyB,
Is it the bending that makes the stems so frigging thick do you think? I've got some that look like rebar, just like yours. Do you always LST?

  9. I don't always bend them. Sometimes I'll bend them then top the growing tips when they have grown into a level bush.
"If there is room fill it in."

  10. Thank you everybody who has stopped by to post or just take a look. If you have any advice for any of the strains I'm playing with then please chime in if I'm wrong or could be doing something better. "I'd do the same for you."
    Much love!

My mini HOG! What a strong little plant. It was a stump in the grow room and had nothing but nubs of growth on it and I was bored and left it in there and it grew tons of retarded foiliage and I just let it go and it slowly fixed itself and then just for shits I began snippin' away at all the warped leaves to find a nice little stump of potential growing tips and burried the five gallon rootball outside a couple months ago and it began to veg normally and now it seems It will produce me some good pocket stash! What a survivor!

  12. My Diablos are going to be in full flower by next week. they are only a foot and a half tall. I not worried I wanted them mainly for an original cross but I only need one for that. Not any true breeding in any respect but may be later if I find anything good from the initial cross. Diablos are in fact a breed of it's own. I was corrected by a freind who assured me they are a Blueberry X South African Sativa X White Widow cross and flower super early because of the South African Sativa. They are not autoflower they just flower early. I'm going to do my cross with the stinkiest and most colorful male that exhibits the most of what i would want the cross to have. And when I mean stinky I mean candy sour. My male is also covered in sugary glandular and capitate stalk trichs on the pods themselves as well as the leaves protruding from above the bannana bunches. And the Pollen sacs are a nice yellow and red striped color hanging from beautiful purple stems. I found this male late in season in the garden and is a good sign for breeding. All the others have been killed and this lone male has been hacked into clones for breeding and brought inside to begin pollen extrusion. I want to keep a male clone alive. Untitled.jpg

  13. What's going on Tony?

  14. Nothing much. Just visiting with family and having fun. I'll post some new pics later on this evening. I am really impressed with the vigor and bud formation of my Diablos. Very nice genetics. Thanks for stopping by to say hello. How is everything going with your projects?

  15. Yep, cool. Lots of wierd stuff, you know. Discoloration here, bigass grasshopper there.
I wish mine would grow bigger faster, but there you go. It´s strange how much I´ve learned already, and the season´s just beginning here in sunny Spain.
Lets keep an eye on each other.

  16. Just got done propagating some clones from a male T.W to try a breeding project. things to do indoors while I'm not in the garden. Collecting pollen is a pain but a passion as well. Any how my Diablos are flowering away. And very densly I might say they are about eight days going on nine. Diablo is in the centerfold of the august 09' High Times. Now I have some good stoner porn for the wall.

  17. Has anyone else in the forums grown the Diablo? They were a gift to me from a dispensary owner and I was told that they are pretty rare.

My beneficial insects have all hatched and are hard at work keeping the patch bug free. This is a baby praying mantis. They hatch brown as the cocoon and turn green as the plants in a few days. I can see one on every growing tip. And I have wasps all over. They lay eggs inside grasshoppers and or infect the hoppers with a parasite. (Nothing that bothers humans)

  19. Wonder if I can get those wasps in Spain. Man do I ever have bigass grasshoppers. It´s almost sick to kill them, like killing a frigging dolphin or something.

  20. Hey man, i'm just curious how did you do your LST in the ground? Did you tie branches down to make it expand? What did you use?

I think i'm going to do the same to mine!
